Om on this website

From a conversation to a useful brief

Om is the digital assistant on this website. In the consultation, it learns about your business, suggests a starting point and helps prepare a brief you can review before sharing with Alex.

  1. Explain the work

Speak or type about the business, the tools you use and the handoff that causes trouble. Om asks for missing details and can suggest a service or a custom scope.

  2. Correct and review

Read the accumulated brief. Correct a tool, add a constraint or leave an unanswered question open. The review is where you decide what Alex should receive.

  3. Choose the next step

Ask for a call, request an Alex-reviewed quote, or send the brief for review. Email and text permissions are separate, optional choices.

  4. Send when ready

The visitor submits the reviewed brief and contact details. The site records the inquiry and selected permissions in Notion and notifies Alex. Booking continues through the external calendar.

Illustrative example · fictional business

This authored example explains the workflow. It is not a customer transcript, a saved lead or a claim of business results. Try the live consultation to see what Om produces for your situation.

The starting request

I run a small service business in the Lehigh Valley. Requests arrive through Gmail and our website, and I copy them into Notion. I want one place to review them. My team must approve every reply. I haven't set a budget or deadline.

The team approval rule belongs in the brief. Unknown budget and timing should remain open questions.

The decisions stay visible

You control what gets sent

The example on this page sends nothing. In the live consultation, speaking to Om does not submit an inquiry by itself. Review the brief and contact details before choosing to send.

Follow-up channels are your choice

Email and text permissions start unselected. The visitor confirms each choice on the form. They cover this inquiry and requested services; they do not enroll someone in a newsletter.

A request is the start of review

A quote request goes to Alex for scoping. Om does not promise a final custom price or make an appointment. The calendar is a separate booking step.

Voice has a typing fallback

The consultation supports voice or typing. Microphone access is optional, and available captions can carry into typing. Limits and connection problems can still end a voice session.

What has been checked

  • September 14, 2026

    Reviewed handoff

A synthetic pre-release inquiry was checked against its Notion record: the reviewed brief and visitor-confirmed channel permissions were preserved. A repeated identical submission returned the same reference. The notification to Alex was confirmed delivered.

  • September 18, 2026

    Typed consultation

A real model-backed browser test produced a consultation response and a stored run receipt. The test created no inquiry and sent no contact message.

  • September 19, 2026

    Phone playback

Alex confirmed that website voice playback worked well through his phone speaker. This is one device experience, not a compatibility claim for every phone or browser.

These are implementation checks on Om's own website. They do not establish client revenue, time savings, lead conversion rates or telephone receptionist readiness. Private inquiry records and full run receipts stay private.

Bring one workflow to Om

Describe where a request starts, who handles it and what should happen next. You can review the conversation's brief before deciding whether to send it.

Problem

A business owner can describe a problem before knowing which service to request. A useful intake experience needs to preserve that context, ask for missing details and leave the owner in control of the next step.
