What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They let the site remember preferences, keep sessions alive, and measure traffic. First-party cookies are set directly by omconcepts.net. Third-party cookies are set from a service provider's domain. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies through omconcepts.net.
Strictly necessary versus analytics
We group cookies into two categories.
- Strictly necessary: used for consent choices and first-touch and latest-touch campaign attribution. Attribution cookies support lead measurement, but are not technically required to browse or submit a form. Their current classification remains subject to legal review.
- Analytics: used to understand aggregate traffic. Google Analytics 4 and Metricool load only after you opt in to analytics and only on the production site at omconcepts.net. Google Signals and Google Ads personalization are disabled, and advertising consent remains denied. Metricool's current tracking tag does not set cookies.

Vercel Web Analytics is separate from the optional analytics tools above. It provides always-on, cookieless operational measurement and does not store an identifier in your browser.
One item beyond cookies: if you use the concierge chat, it keeps a short handoff summary in your browser's sessionStorage so a booking can pick up where the conversation left off. It stays on your device and clears within 24 hours.
How to control cookies
Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but may affect how your visit is attributed.
To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also enable “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.
Embedded voice agent
The /voice page embeds a Fireflies-hosted voice agent in an iframe. Fireflies may set its own cookies under the agents.fireflies.ai domain for session handling, identity verification, and call audio delivery. Om Concepts does not set or control those cookies. They are governed by the Fireflies privacy policy.
Updates
When we add or remove cookies, we update the list above and bump the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
