What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They let the site remember preferences, keep sessions alive, and measure traffic. First-party cookies are set directly by omconcepts.net. Third-party cookies are set by services we load, like Google Analytics.
Strictly necessary versus analytics
We group cookies into two categories.
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function, including campaign attribution so a lead submission is routed correctly. These are set without asking because the site cannot operate as described without them.
- Analytics: used to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics cookies are set only when Google Analytics is loaded for your session, and are not loaded in regions or sessions where consent is required but not given.

How to control cookies
Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but may affect how your visit is attributed.
To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also enable “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.
Embedded voice agent
The /voice page embeds a Fireflies-hosted voice agent in an iframe. Fireflies may set its own cookies under the agents.fireflies.ai domain for session handling, identity verification, and call audio delivery. Om Concepts does not set or control those cookies. They are governed by the Fireflies privacy policy.
Updates
When we add or remove cookies, we update the list above and bump the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
