Which platform do you work in?
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Resend are the usual set, and we work with what you already have. If a switch is worth it, the migration is part of Foundations.
We have not emailed our list in a year. Is it dead?
Usually not. We re-warm it properly: authentication first, a re-introduction sequence, and pruning that protects deliverability instead of nuking the list.
