What this solves
- 01Nobody is sure who updates the site or when it last happened
- 02Plugins, dependencies, and certificates aging toward a breakage
- 03Small fixes waiting months because there is no one to ask
Three layers, one safety net.
Anatomy
Three layers, one safety net.
Care works when watching, maintaining, and reporting run on a schedule instead of on memory.
- Watch
- Uptime checks, security monitoring, and daily backups. The layer that notices problems before customers do and makes every change reversible.
- Maintain
- Platform updates, security patches, content edits, and speed tune-ups. The scheduled work that keeps a site current, plus the support hours that catch everything small.
- Report
- The monthly report, analytics review, quarterly conversion tests on upper tiers, and a priority queue for what to improve next. Care you can read, not just trust.

Common questions
Can you care for a site you did not build?
Yes. Most care plans start exactly there. The audit tells us what shape it is in, urgent risks get fixed first, and the plan takes over from a healthy baseline.
What does care actually include?
Updates, security patches, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and support hours by tier. Pro adds performance tune-ups and monthly reporting; Scale adds quarterly conversion testing and priority response.
Do I really need a care plan?
If the site changes rarely and going down for a day would not hurt, maybe not, and we will say so. If it produces leads or sales, someone should be watching it on purpose.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Monitoring usually finds it first. Basic and Pro issues are handled within the business day; Scale carries priority response. Anything security-critical jumps the queue on every tier.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly, no lock-in. Access, backups, and documentation are yours either way, so leaving is clean if you ever want to take it in-house.
