What we send
This program is conversational and transactional. Message types include:
- Responses to your inquiries sent from our contact form.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
- Quote, proposal, invoice, and project status updates.
- Conversational support related to your engagement with us.
We do not send promotional broadcasts, marketing blasts, or messages unrelated to your direct relationship with Om Concepts under this program.
Automated messaging disclosure
Om Concepts is an AI agency built around agents. Some messages in this program may be drafted by an AI assistant operating under Alex Colon’s supervision. When a message is AI-assisted it is reviewed by a human before it is sent. You are opting in to this operating model when you opt in to the program. If you prefer strictly human-authored communication, reply to any message with the word HUMAN and we will route your account accordingly.
How to opt in
There are three opt-in surfaces. Each is explicit, deliberate, and timestamped in our records.
- Website contact form. Check the SMS consent box on /contact and submit the form with a phone number.
- Master Services Agreement. Every client MSA includes an explicit SMS consent clause. Signing the MSA enrolls you in this program for the duration of the engagement.
- Booking confirmation. If you schedule a call through our booking flow, you will see an optional SMS opt-in checkbox on the confirmation page.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a final confirmation that your number has been removed, and no further program messages will be sent. You can also email alex@omconcepts.net to remove a number without sending a reply text.
Reply HELPat any time and we will respond with a short help message including this page’s URL and our contact email.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement activity. Transactional messages are sent only when there is something to confirm, update, or answer. Conversational messages follow the rhythm of your own replies.
Carrier fees and charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines the cost of sending and receiving text messages. Consult your carrier plan for details. Om Concepts does not charge a separate fee to participate in this program.
Supported carriers
Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major and minor US carriers. Om Concepts is not liable for undelivered or delayed messages, and carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
No purchase required
You do not need to purchase anything from Om Concepts to participate in this program, and participation in this program is not a condition of doing business with us.
Consent and data use
We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or consent record to third parties for their own marketing. Your phone number is used only to deliver messages under this program and to maintain an auditable consent record in our systems. The consent record includes the date and source of your opt-in so that both parties have an accurate history. Full data-handling details are in our privacy notice.
Changes to this program
We update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever the program’s terms or practices change. For material changes that expand how we use your number or message you, we will notify enrolled participants by SMS or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
